Refund policy

Returns Policy:

At Simple Living Eco, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that some items, such as personalised or custom-made products, are not eligible for return.

This also includes any kits. Kits must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging.

The customer provides return shipping.

If you would like to request a return, please contact our customer service team at helloteam@simplelivingeco.com to initiate the process. We may ask for additional information about the product and the reason for the return.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, whether replacing the item, refunding, or issuing a store credit.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item. We will issue a refund following our return policy once we receive the returned item and verify its condition.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, and we cannot be responsible for any delays on their part.

Postage cost is non refundable.
